Simple as that :)I would say that the credibility will depend on how you spin it to investors, and what you are personally learning from your passive investment.

Trying to look at SFRs, 5 units apartment buildings, mobile home parks, parking lots, mixed use properties, etc. will just send you spinning.

There is so much information available that you don't need until you have an agreement, that it will make your head spin. ;-)Book the business first, then 30 minutes later start an LLC.

The key thing is to weed them out early in the process before you spin your wheels too much.
