For a nice possibly furnished STR, you are looking at between $250,000 to $350,000 depending on your budget. 

I just spent some time in your market, specifically out in Pasco county, and man is there some growth going on there locally! 

They don't have anything specific for sorting by furnished spaces but there may be a check box to select for when sorting. 

This is all for my future goal of owning a home specifically for Airbnb but that will be some time from now.
