I spoke to someone about STR management a while back and they suggested a company called Evolve who was nationwide. https://evolve.com/  I have no affiliation nor have I worked with them but the person who recommended them said they charged 10% for theirs.

Growth to me is learning and evolving as a person in every aspect of life. 

Surround yourself with people in other branches and see how your goals evolve. 

Believe it or not, Evolve has been very good for many of my clients.

My mindset has evolved I guess you can say.I’m well versed in the most of the strategies that exist and have narrowed them down to a handful of options, but because there a few personal and business variables at play, I’ve been struggling to nail down the best path forward for me since October, and this has led to inaction.

So far I've used Rentometer, Zillow, Evolve, Airdna, Mashvisor and the Airbnb site itself where there are only a few other str's showing in the Blenheim area.

If the real estate sector is evolving, we definitely want to stay ahead of it. 

I worked with Evolve last year to set up an STR and allowed them to manage my property for several months.

Then, determine your buy box that further defines the type of property and the geographical location.I think it is important to remember that whatever you start with in your buy box can change and evolve over time.
