One mortgage broker told me the difference between having a 701 score and a 699 score on a 30 year fixed is a FULL .5%, which is think is a little crazy.The problem is a few months ago, I had a middle score of around 705 i believe, and i just did two soft pulls today and am getting 685 and 696.

First off, I don't want to be a Real Estate Agent.Whatever anyone's reasons are for choosing the path they choose, I don't think beating on them in a public forum is the way to guide them.I haven't found an investor friendly Real Estate agent to work with..I'm not painting all Real Estate agents with the same brush and calling them all useless.This is a very helpful and instructive forum for new people.I find this thread turned into the exact opposite of what I've found on here and I'm just voicing my displeasure at the tone of it.

Every time a property sells on the MLS, the seller receives less than the market value, not just from the soft costs of selling like title search and settlement fees, but the Realtor takes a cut who listed and sold the property.
