Because I have some pics in that category that are award winning (yet pretty graphic...unless maybe it's considered art???)

In fact I think a lot of people actually like the idea of seeing a potential home or investment property entirely devoid of furniture and personal belongings. the objective here is to showcase that the house is visible.

This course is important if you're trying to showcase an IRR to an investor or you're dealing with a project complex enough that a few percentage points can affect profitability.

I was thinking one to establish legitimacy with my actual S Corp name, largely informational, a few others with a "we buy houses" type of domain for lead generation, and then another one on which to showcase deals to investor buyers.

My second passion is graphic design which allows me design all my marketing materials, signs, and business card and become the Chief Creative Officer of my own brokerage.

for color, I go every year to the "parade of homes" in my area, it might be called showcase of homes in some state. its where new home builders show off there new creations.
