It's not a conflict of interest but you shouldn't disclose to the listing agent any sensitive information because they are obligated to convey it to their client - the seller.They already signed the listing agreement with the seller who became their client and they owe the seller certain fiduciary duties.When you contact the listing agent, you become a customer, that's why the agent must have you signed "Agency disclosure":seller and buyer both have to agree that the agent represents their interests.However, for a customer it's only treating you fair and disclose material facts about safety.Unless you know this business really great and can negotiate your terms, I'd get my own selling agent - and it's free.

Their attorneys will make the minimum bid and then let it go.I'd go and see how the sale is going, especially if you know for sure what others don't (interior in details, other sensitive info)

Of course lower level tenant can call police but if it's not within the spectrum of the above they will just leave.If you give this tenant notice your setting yourself up to do the same with the next tenant, the lower level people might just be sensitive..
