There has been additional schools and plants built here, we have 4 seasons, and for the most part our weather is not extreme.

There are many online schools and live classroom-based options, however I was encouraged to use Real Estate Express.

My next project is to use regressions to quantify the value of DFW schools in the price of 3/2 SFHs.

If you get 5-6% ROI in a good school neighborhood consider yourself lucky.Multi duplex in South Bay $1M, triplex $1.5M, 4 plex $2M.

I spent a great portion of my life in school and as such lost out on a lot of financial/investment opportunities since I was in school or in low paying jobs in order to gain experience.  

After graduating from school I moved out to San Mateo, California to live closer to family and launch my career.

This large lot is indeed Travis county with great schools, most were built in the 1980's in need of some updating.

This evening I am looking at a 5205 sf, 4 unit (2/1, 3/2, 2/1, & 3/1.5) one block from Penn State Dickinson Law School & Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet in Carlisle, Pa (Cumberland County).
