I can honestly say that I had never seriously considered wholesaling to be a part of my business until now.I also found out that they have Satellite meetings both north and south of Seattle (in Lynnwood, Poulsbo, and Fife), aside from the main monthly meeting in Bellevue.

I did once have a tenant who didn't keep the place in what I consider "showable" condition (dishes everywhere, clothes on floor, dirty bathroom, etc).

Different people have different standards however if you see something that presents an issue (dirty dishes all over the place, trash not taken out regularly, etc.) you should mention it as a pest control measure.
