It's a 4bd 2 bath and...we're envisioning the below list for the type of work we'll have to do to the unit before/after we move in:- Refinish or replace flooring throughout the unit with luxury vinyl planking (replace kitchen tile flooring as well)- Repaint the entire unit- Knockdown 2 walls of 1 bedroom to turn the space into the dining room for an open concept kitchen/dining/living space (may need a structural engineer?

They said they re-painted, did yard work, etc. 

Ran into a few hiccups I wasn't accounting for - repainted the exterior and had the furnace/water heater replaced.

The place is going to need a complete repaint inside and maybe further work.

I've scraped off old paint of a plaster wall from an old house and wanted to repair it for repainting.

We also gutted the kitchen and bath, added a half bath where no bath was in the past, rewired the house to remediate knob and tube, refinished all of the hardwood floors, had to re-drywall over old plaster ceilings, add insulation into attic, full repaint of interior and exterior, new A/C, etc.  

Repainting the entire house, replacing the carpet with LVP and fixing a lot of small things and cleaning of course.

Refinishing or repainting furniture we charged for.

Repainted, replaced old rugs with laminate flooring.

It's not like you repaint an $800 a month apartment every time it turns over.
