Those are great prequalified and will rent until they get tenure and buy or until they don't get renewed and move on.

In 5 yrs I will have paid off the down and will renew the loan on the property for 7 yrs.

You could fairly easily turn a 6 month lease into a two year renewal, or have them talk so well of you as a landlord, that their friends and family come to you and you will have little trouble filling your vacancies.

I'll just have it renewable every year above 3 for $100 or something.
