Otherwise its the same company, intuit, performing the same transaction. maybe you can put "recurring electronic payment" as a requirement in your lease and start with sparkrent and test different services as necessary so it doesn't contain brand specific requirements in the lease should you need to change it.

While I know there are many access control systems available, what I like about Linear is that it does not have a monthly recurring fee.

But for the sake of adding something of value to this mostly useless and repetitive, recurring discussion......Let's do it for fun and profit!

Less up front cost, less recurring cost and full time video capture.Either type of system requires an internet connection. 

I pay the cable and internet charges and then charge the tenant for the cost with a recurring monthly utilities recovery charge.
