Hi all, I am thinking of trying the lease-to-rent business model as advertised by Brian Page and I had a tax question. 

I advertised this on CL and got a call from an interested person that states he has has rental assistance that will cover most of the 'rent' and he will contribute the remaining $25 per month.

They advertise themselves under several different aliases, and have Broker's sign up with them for a desk fee ($99).
