I think were an unlicensed wholesaler would have some major issues is if a deal goes wonky and sellers are harmed. then it might not be a slap on the wrist.. there is a Case in Denver right now.. were the relative of the seller is some sort of politician and his relative was talked out of a few hundred thousand of equity.. so he is fired up.   

They are as bad or worse than most politicians!

It is really the city's renters that are seeing skyrocketing rents and the politicians looking for a convenient scapegoat.

The authorities will check it out if someone points out some potential issue and does so in a calm, sane, respectful manner.No politician wants a fight with the NRA, not enough to add any new gun control laws and IMO, that's not the answer.

But where there's a will there's way.We finally devised a plan to reach out the the local politicians for assistance.

The only people going door to door in this neighborhood are either representing a religion or a politician.

If govt makes laws that support specific private businesses, the issue again is not capitalism, but corrupt politicians and a system that allows those with more money to have more political influence (lobbying and contribution laws).Remember the other part of capitalism -- the demand.
