If he knows he is guilty, he will not want to go to court and face a judge as there may be more at stake for him there (fraud charges).Best of luck to you!

I have been guilty of all three at one point or another. 

Of course if you are putting in some work yourself, depending on your skill level you could drop that number drastically... though then you aren't accounting for paying yourself anything of course, which is what I tend to do to make the numbers work better in my favor, totally guilty on that one! 

It's helped me not feel guilty making a "low ball" offer to an agent.  

But sure, there are always people who look for ways to be "guilty as hell, but free as a bird"!

Would you just go with the exchange and ask for forgiveness later and plead your ignorance to the legally binding contract?

And if they did do it, they would feel guilty.
