I'm just beginning but am considering a bigger commitment in the next five years or so by accessing some or even all retirement funds to buy a building (I'm sure people have thoughts on whether or not that is a good idea!).

I'm always down to chat to people about REI, especially in the Pittsburgh market.

Based off videos and research i have done lots of experienced people say the homes should be under $10k.

Most purposes that people on the BP forums are transferring properties to an LLC, would be exempt of the Due On Sale Clause. 

They likely know people in the area, and then they might feel that you are trying all avenues to find the next tenant.
