End of day, it's been kind of nice to know I can vent a frustration here, get sound advice, and move on.

They really do stand out in a neighborhood plus I doubt you could get permits to build in a established area.Much easy to build on a larger plot of land in the boonies, which is where I see most of these.In the end, once you get them looking nice, you could have done a stick built house or even a log cabin if you can harvest materials on your land for about the same or less.

It also sends updates via email and text for monthly rent payments and more which is nice for communication and you can have tenants I would highly recommend checking it out

Being able to accept a family in a program into a nice, renovated, and well cared for unit is an incredible feeling.  

The US is a very diverse space with many different markets to consider.
