@Lew Payne  do you have any misunderstanding over the issue I have over here?

I was just looking for something what Michele posted to send to the tenant before move out inspection so we can avoid any misunderstandings as to what our expectations are for move out cleaning. 

Ugh......So much misunderstanding in these rules still.First understand what DF did.

I think you have a misunderstanding of the two licenses.  

thanks-  maybe I"m misunderstanding what I'm seeing on the VA website. 

So 50% of 400k = 200k.The present value of 200k 30 years in the future (with 5% inflation) is 46k in purchasing power.PV = (1/(1.05^30))*200,000= ~46k.The time value of money eats away > 75% of your debt obligation is eroded.The money you have to pay back can only buy 46k of goods.Unless I'm completely misunderstanding things :)
