I just posted an informational blog to members area, catered to millennial's.  

New home sales are doing well and Millennials appear to be moving away from expensive cities and towards suburbs. 

Millennials in particular are moving to the outskirts of South Tampa, and that's where your opportunity is for cash flow, and appreciation. 

After talking with my parents about my plan on quitting my job (might not have gone about this correctly) they were pretty upset and probably think i'm crazy.I am not just some unhappy millennial kid who hates working and is looking to make money being lazy.

This is a way to mitigate the high cost of purchasing price while giving millennials access to neighborhoods that they otherwise would be priced out of. 

I am a millennial and plan to focus the flips and content on helping other young people get into real estate investing, so if I could find a millennial contractor to partner with, that would be ideal for the mission.

I believe those homes are set up to hold their value as the millennial generation ages.

In our National builders monthly magazine there was an article on the millennial buyers..

Millenials are smart people once they figure out that rent is a waste of money  I wish my millennial brother and brother-in-law would get out of their renters mindsets. 

And if millennials (our largest generation in history) decide to move out of their parent’s basements and start buying their first homes, expect demand and prices for homes under the median price to sky rocket.
