The difference is that its more like the income from a manufacturing operation.

The levels are fairly high levels but based on the environmental consultant probably did not include manufacturing just contamination from heavy use via smoking. 

99% are not even close to a deal and people are trying to manufacture a deal.

It shows pricing, and I'm not sure if the manufacturer site does. 

But an aging population that can no longer safely drive, but that is unwilling to give up that freedom will put pressure on legislators to remove roadblocks and indemnify manufactures, similarly as existing products.  

If it's a manufactured home built after 1976, those tend to have a higher quality of construction than anything pre'76.

The manufacturer's website site shows different methods that can be used and also has STC rating for the different methods. you can add resilient channel and also double up on the insulation I'd you have the space or double the drywall sheets. good luck
