It's great to hear about your interest in growing your portfolio and transitioning into full-time real estate investing adventures after your military career.

You also need all kitchen stuff, towels, sheets, etc. 

Now there are some improvements (kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, upgrading windows) where that flips on its head, but it's still something to really plan through. 

I would not think flipping first either, it's a rabbit hole and with no money, your options would be hard money which is a hard ask right now for first timers.
