I don't include non paying Tenants because I like a small slice of positivity in my life and prefer to think I did our screening well enough that all our Tenants are paying.Cheers!

True, Republicans in 2025 will control the White House and both chambers of Congress.You can easily Google how the legislative process works or just trust my Cliff Note: having a simple majority usually does NOT assure that Congress passes any bill, including tax bills.

I only ask because the main purpose of an LLC is legal protection, and if you don't have a large amount of assets to protect, say less than $1M...you may be putting the cart before the house, and it may make more sense for you to focus more on finding and closing more deals.
