I'd love to know how your multi-family with a PM investment experience has been, but that's a separate topic altogether.I've heard of seminars and mastermind groups existing in the Note Investing space, but to be honest it's not one I pay much attention to (perhaps why it's a good one to look at, ha!).

My bigger concern is that you can smell it in the basement and in the lower apartment and new tenants are moving in this week who are sure to smell that smoking I ha will be moving in
