If my GOAL was to be a real estate investor and I lived in a terrible market, then I would move to a more favorable market.passing out advice like your the "rental god" and what you say go's is not smart, and can be very misleading to investors in markets other than yours.It's ironic that you would make a statement like that when just a couple of months ago you were grilled by nearly every successful investor on another forum for spewing inaccurate nonsense.

@Christopher Stanis I got the 9"x18" signs and plan on zip tieing them to stop signs on highway exit ramps as well as using the H steaks and stapling to telephone poles.

Elk jerky  and a few elk steaks for the biggest timber patchs.. :)  it works  

It is good to have small town officials having happy memories of you.Tenants will also get some grassfed steaks and pasture raised pork chops and sausage.

Do you have a sizable yard for grilling and/or socializing?

I have a 16' dual axle flatbed trailer that can hold 4 big grills and a keg of beer. 

I was at the meeting a Hill City Grille.  

If this is an adjustable AC vent and it is slightly closed the air might be restricted and allowing condensation to form right on the grille.
