Exhaust EVERY MEANS you have to learning about it!! 

Hi,I have a 3 unit house where there are 3 dryers mounted to 1 big exhaust in the basement.

Hey NickI'm a portfolio lender/broker, asset based lender/broker, non-QM lender/broker; basically whatever the industry labels a company that originates anything other than conventional financing.Having said that, I've been consistent throughout my career on this side of the business when I've said "You should always exhaust your conventional financing options first before you dip your toe in my world." 

I personally choose to stay nimble and “cheap” to run my business, so I strictly follow the small, highly targeted lists and exhaust every method of reaching the owners to keep my costs down.- What options are you giving sellers?

In my opinion the best bulletproof solution is a mini-split, a commercial HVAC dehumidifying system, and an exhaust fan hooked up to a humidistat.

I am a fairly experienced RE fella, but this one is exhausting me.

Market timing seems exhausting.
