I can also save money on ads and go to the Sec8 office and let them know of an available unit for rent and they'll place it on their available units list and I'll get calls 1-3 days later and have it rented in 3 days max without a newspaper ad.

July 1, 2008Local sheriff sale websites post sale prices.Local newspapers post area sales in central Ohio.Some auditor websites have comparable sales data.Check with local real estate investing clubs.Perhaps local investors will share their information on recent deals.Ohio has alot of reo opportunities.

Look at newspaper ads, craigslist, and call for-rent signs in the same area.Around here a decent 2 BR SFR will rent for about $800 on either side of town.
