There's a very good chance the issue(s) you face have already been discussed and answered.Ask questions in the appropriate forum.

So, unless your lease is long term you may wish to discuss and negotiate the issue.

Fundamentals change neighborhood to neighborhood (i.e. appreciation potential), inventory/absorption issues may exist, rogue city council members and/or registered community organizations can make neighborhoods less appealing with little oversight which impacts value and marketability.

So the setup isn't and issue. 

So control is a major issue..

Has anyone looked into this issue?

Only pre-foreclosures and people with other need money issues need cash fast, maybe like 10 percent of seller.

I am not house hacking however so I don't have that issue.
