I'm finally getting around to reading Multiple Streams of Income and he talks about 5 No Money down techniques you can use to buy real estate.

During my 3 day class, they were conducting "interviews" for their mastery program where I overhead an agent using a high pressure sales technique.

I choose to get leads using free marketing techniques. 1.

They might deal with them in different ways, but virtually all people use these techniques, consciously or unconsciously to accomplish challenging goals.

I'd be interested in finding out who's got more advanced technique course/books.as most know I'm not a huge fan of using L/O as an entry strategy but it will be my favorite exit strategy until I find a better way

I'm a firm believer in starting out with a focus on one investing technique.

Remember their techniques at these events are to attract the masses.
