Build your team, and equity partners make deals much easier to obtain, but be a team player.

So, for those relatively few who do engage in virtual wholesaling, or at least those who know about it, how do you solve this conundrum?

I have owned 4 of them.. and did well on each.. but very tough to find.. there are some major players on the west coast that dominate it.not nearly the amount of them as I see out in the deep south.. 

Or you find out that your PM found his wife under the keyboard player of an 80s cover band last week and is locked up for ag-assault in the county jail for thirty days with no one available to collect rent or continue the process of evicting those people on Center St. who might or might not be running a under-the-table daycare center/illegal pain pill distribution center out of your property...Does your whole house of debt collapse because Murphy wasn't in a good mood this week?

I have been listening to BP for a few months, and just now beginning to read/engage on the forums.

Someone who is saving cash to make a deal in MN work is not likely to be a player on a buy and hold deal in San Diego :)I am spending more time working on off-market deals and looking at commercial listings. 

Stick to the basic luxuries, an HDTV with a Roku and a BluRay player with some adult movies. 

We've been engaged in many wholesale transactions.

It makes me feel like there’s a lot to learn on this website and I should be spending more time engaging and asking questions on it.

I can't get a quote less than 300 from the big players in town.
