These comments really apply to all materials, not just to you or this program, don't take offense, but those who might be endorsing some method in RE may not know what they don't know. :)    

Allstate is offering a short term rental endorsement/policy.

Make sure that the new quotes you receive are comparable or better than your current coverage because I often see people excited about lower rates but miss the fact that they lost valuable endorsements and increased their deductible by thousands. 

Shark Tank's Kevin Harrington recently endorsed the StrongBrook Mentoring Network and is one of the Mentors whom you can access through the network, along with Les Brown, Roger Salam, and others.  

If there are any liens or endorsements they'll go through us before it goes through the investors. 

You may want to ask for an endorsement to the policy to move the Date of Policy forward through the date the assignment of mortgage is recorded.There shouldn't be a reason you can't purchase a title policy insuring your contract interest in real property.

Some of those factors are based on the location of the property, the homes loss history, coverages you are looking for, any added endorsements, and your personal credit score.
