In most cases, wholesalers should feel a little embarrassed by their offer (at least when starting out).I hope this is helpful!

But my guru told me I would need to make 100 offers to find a deal, and that if my offer didn't embarrass me it was too high.

I’m embarrassed to ask - but everyone else seems to have it figured out!!

It turns out the tenant decided to stop paying rent the month I closed :) I got a call from their PM team member Jill saying that the tenant didn't pay and needed to be evicted, but she was really sorry and embarrassed to have that as our first call. 

I'm embarrassed to even admit it, but I got cancelled due to non-payment for my 4 unit LL policy.

Set crazy big goals, that are so big you are embarrassed to share them.

Would they want a personal guarantee and request my 2 year work experience because (embarrassingly) I don't have 2 years of solid reported income, after I graduated I worked as a leasing agent and after a year as I went to apply for jobs, the job market tanked and economy sucked.

But with embarrassment and lots of goofs it forced ME to study, and finally I  became good!
