I plan to tile the walls in the shower, but outside of that I’m stumped.

My adult son and I are co/owners of a duplex in west Oakland, CA.

Can't really see the metal wall from my house but you can see the roof to the commercial building as you're driving in and in the winter the trees provide less cover - although there is a very high and nice privacy fence to separate. 

Good morning, I currently have a duplex property that I am in the process of switching to Section 8 Tennats.I currently have two long term tenants that are month to month, currently collecting $1000/m each.

We are building duplexes/Quads for investors all the time (currently at 2/week).

Some industries and companies have not adopted it yet, but some big names on Wall St. have, and I think more are coming.

@Steve K.I have a friend named Jim Sheils that sells build to rent SFH and duplexes and quads.

My husband and I had an offer accepted on our first duplex.

When I bought my owner occupied duplex my agent left a gift basket on the counter as a surprise. $50 Home Depot gift card and a bottle of champagne.

Along with building SFR they are also building duplex, three units,  and quads.
