I am a software developer and I am currently in the process of building an app to display neighborhoods by sold price/sqft, display heat maps of how quickly/slowly houses sell in a given area, track rental data to map our which areas tend to cash flow better and much more.I am developing this app for my personal use to find deals in my local area, but I am wondering if a system like this would be valuable to the rest of the community.

As you already noted, it could be good to think about refining the screening process moving forward (easy way to ascertain whether or not someone has displayed signs of being a not-so-great tenant in the past).

I love the idea of being able to control the ads/display settings from my PC at home and the fact that you can add as many ads as you want (within reason). 

The Rental Manager GUI was recently redesigned and no longer displays the option to copy the HTML script to post on Craigslist.

I agree with @Gerald Grinter that it could be a good strategy to get a quote (as them for the FZD and display both at the showings).
