I know its red hot up here, I know there are still diamonds in the rough to be found, but it just might take longer to uncover.

I was never an all A or an all D student.Bring forth your, mid range occupancy, B and C properties that need some shining up and I'll make that baby look like a diamond in the rough.And I'm sure that only helps the A and D level players as well.

If people were submitting to me an area is a B class with a B property at a TRUE 8 cap rate going in NOT on bubble numbers then I have to hand it to them they found a diamond and need to move quick.

I welcome deals found by other investors on the hopes that they happen to discover a diamond in the rough. 

Want I want to know is how can I look at what resources a property has underneath the ground Like oil/gold/diamonds/etc?
