So, next Christmas, my suggestion would be, to go to Amazon and buy up as many "chicken Little" books as they have, and gift them to all the people that told you about this "bubble",...and told you to wait to invest until,...until,...I'm still not clear as to when they think their sky would stop falling.

I was considering pumpkins , if it works fine as long as 2 grow my kids would be happy . the hard work and long hours are routine , luck , when I bought a lottery ticket and I checked the numbers , it came back saying I owed THEM money .I already have 2 guys to deer hunt , I get 50% of the meat , The guy that use to own it had 11,000 chickens and 2 acres of strawberries in the mid 1970'sThe house isnt much , but right next door I have an efficency that the outside dimensions of the building is 23ft by 23 ft and I get $ 750 month plus utilities .

Creative terms require experts but can sometimes solve unique problemsUse a Loan Originator and/or a RE Attorney to draft the seller finance documents.My biggest question has to do with the chicken and egg timing of negotiating loan terms with the seller and having professionals draft up the loan documents.How can I negotiate the Loan Terms or even sell the idea of Seller Financing if I don't already know what the standard terms are in my area?
