Any quack on the internet gives out ESA for a couple hundred bucks and landlords left and right are accepting animals they do not have to accept.As I said though, there are some ESA that are actually real, but still not protected and then it's a landlord decision.

I definitely prefer this option as the whole point is to get built-in equity.

I always prefer a vacancy to a bum.

This is the preferred strategy since it incentivizes your PM company to fill it as quickly as possible so they actually start receiving revenue from your property.
