The whole process has felt pretty complex to me, but this seems like a big hurdle has been overcome.

This is in a condo complex and I requested HOA to send a gentle reminder to that neighbor for being courteous to others- but unfortunately it hasn't helped.

There is some deferred maintenance at the complex but mostly okay.
