Most condos here have Airbnb/short term leases blocked in the HOA rules though, I would check on that before making a move.

This house is a 3bed 3 bath about 2 blocks away from campus.

I don’t wanna say anything on that, but from the real process flow, they designed the payment process intentionally to block you from get refund if you are not happy or losing money in the investment…In summary: FlipSystem uses exaggerated advertisement but not taking any responsibility on the paid customer.

I have used Dennis Block, esq and their Concierge service (it's about $400 per year) for questions like this.

You will only see what you want to see (good deal) and not what you should see (the basement, the issues, the block values).
