Owner's sister used to live a few blocks away but moved to Cincy. 

I also have one similar property with light rehab two blocks down that rents for $1600 a month.

I missed out on a duplex in Del City that was a couple of blocks from the base just last month. 

I tried to do background screening and because they told all the credit bureaus to block everything due to compromised personal information during the disaster I can't get any credit report or other screening information.

Lenders are so efficient it is on the auction block where buyers have to pay 5% hammer fee to the firm and bank to acquire a property at market price. 

It is now listed on ZILLOW as a 3 bdrm / 2 1/2 bath - this is considered a rare find because no properties have been sold on that block in a very long time. 

While this seems like a huge advantage, typical residential construction consists of tile roofs, stucco siding, concrete block fences, metal doors and windows, slab foundations and desert landscaping (rock), which do not require much maintenance.

That way if you get a booking on one it blocks off the calendar on the other to prevent two different people on two different sites from booking same dates.

Right now, the economy at large is enjoying a time of low unemployment and increased housing values, which may make places like Auburn look better than it is, but I would guess when/if there is a downturn, the types of tenants you would get would be some of the first on the chopping block when companies look to 'cut costs'.

Says he can do it Monday (4 days after he sent a camera snake down it) great how ever it has now been 20 plus days and he might show up early next week.Not to mention the fact he took a power snake down the sewer line twice and still manage to miss the root clump 12 feet from the entrance that blocked half the pipe.
