Hey Nolan, I echo the sentiment of many of the posters here - banks will straight up lie to you sometimes regarding what options are available (especially if that particular bank doesn't offer it) 

Sometimes that option is available and it works out.

If that's the case, I'd save a lot of money and time and just buy one of the books available (some here  on BP).

Some tenants have never lived with a septic system and do not know what can or cannot be flushed.Is the Septic addendum something y’all came up with or is it available for download? 

I know this will disappoint most BP forum readers who have been taught they can live behind a computer screen and make sound investment decisions based on zillow zestimates and the number of available rental units at any given time.

However, leverage provides an opportunity that is not available in virtually any other investment.  

If your tenant has a history of failed payments, we permanently move to 3 day holds to ensure the funds are available.
