Hubzu listed the property as a 3 bed 3 bath 1500sq ft unit starting at 136 and by the time allotted it went up to 159k.The reserved had not been met.

B/C title company have recording slots .. only way they can do it early is to request a special and it has to be truly a special circumstance before the county will let them come in and record at time other than their daily allotted time.Now we would be fubared in Wayne county  ( Detroit) takes that inept county 2 to 4 months to record anything   LOL>..

I'd love to have time to learn these things, but right now would rather pay the contractor than allocate my time to them for most of them.Factor this into your budget, especially when the seller says maintenance is cheap and easy and might show you operating costs with a low maintenance allotment.
