FB, Zillow, Trulia etc etc .......and look....compare the units that are somewhat similar to yours...bedrooms, bath, location, condition etcA lot of the "services" just use some algorithm based on bedroom, bath and sq footage.... they don't account for condition and locationSo do your own "apples to apples" search

The numbers are taken from an algorithm, but it’s not specific Enough.

Okay, she's out at this point anyway, but normally I would have asked her to correct the income so the algorithm can work.

To make things worse all the search site use there own unique parameters and algorithms, and they change constantly.If you are interested / willing to do the pay per click thing, I know a person that can help.

Although they are still flawed as they are using scraping and algorithms to flag properties and have got the status of mine properties wrong a few times already.Another million dollar idea I wish I thought of 3 years ago though

On Zillow, I notice that if I buy a fixer and repair it to good order, it will take years for it to come up to market value as there apparently isn't room in their algorithms to allow for bringing a property up to market condition.

It won't pass any Freddie or Fannie algorithm the banks use so you won't be able to get traditional financingIt will need to be CASH or Private Money you use to buy this deal.

also peak has there own algorithm that is a common complaint I here from other vendors regarding valuations and it could be saving you from paying to much.
