Of all the pilots I meet on here, I don't usually meet airline pilots.

This place has 1,000 employees in the building that supply food for the airlines and this operation cannot be shut down for 1 minute and their main sewer pipe is busted and it is 7 feet below a 6 inch concrete floor.

There seems to be a lot of discussion about an insurability vacuum looming and gaining steam, which would devastate the housing market since affordability and loanability would get hit. 

They will sweep, vacuum all areas, swiffer all areas, remove garbage, wash dishes and put everything back in it's original placement.

I come from the airline industry and understand travel.

This seems like a valuable tool for investors but when I spoke to my accountant about it she said they could only be opened by individuals below a certain income threshold which I am not (for now anyway... airline pilot). 

This includes storing food in covered containers (even breakfast cereal), vacuuming the baseboards and appliances of crumbs.
