Hey guys and gals, when looking for a VA, what are some of the task you gave to qualify them for the position? 

Do "sub-syndicators" take any fees for having the relationship/trust, presenting the deal, or any other admin tasks?

Maybe you can get more equity if you can add value by doing tasks related to the project like getting materials, keeping accounting books, construction work, etc...

I have considered retiring from the w2 job and may after I complete my current task.   

My recommendation for STRs is to hire out the tasks. 

I’d like to learn it too, even if and when we delegate that task.

The neighborhood of the house that I did see in Brooklyn definitely isn't a Park slope or Williamsburg by any stretch of the imagination, however on my previous apartment hunting adventures, I've seen landlords rent spaces in Brooklyn in sketchy neighborhoods for $2,000+ and people (gentrifiers) pay it!
