Hi all, I have read here that places like Newark, Elizabeth and Linden are good cash flow opportunities in NJ.

I'm assuming he wouldn't have a problem working in Queens?

I practice within Brooklyn & Queens, New York also Long Island. 

Forgot to mention that earlier post is directed at Elizabeth Nourse's response above though I welcome any input.
