I grabbed 3 current books from the library on legal structures for investing rental property and they all had different advice which was more than a little annoying.

Depending upon your comfort with technology,  I use my PC calendar to create the reminders.The Thunderbird Calendar allows multiple 'calendars' to be created, for which I use each for a unique type of activity:  Home, Properties, Activities(like standing meetings). 

(If you feel like you're missing the "college experience", just find a group of friends who party a lot, and watch lots of MSNBC for the PC haranguing you'd get from your professors.)In my experience, there are three really good paths into real estate investing (there are probably more, but these are the three I've seen most):1) Have a super-high paying job that generates lots of excess income you can use to invest.

I'm a very visual person, so I really like the video library!

This opens an almost unlimited library of download-able components -- it dwarfs anything mentioned above.  

I also host monthly BP meetings and the next one is Jan 10 at 6:30 at the Hiawassee Branch Library on W Colonial between Good Homes Road and Hiawassee Road. 

Since then I have gone ahead and borrowed from the library other Rich Dad books - Retire young - Retire Rich, Cash flow quadrant and Guide to Investing by the same author.

I started buying these books after each podcast and adding them to my library.

The problem is that from what I've seen, they're all cctv and do not have an option to control them from a phone or pc.

Business people (I want to be PC here ladies and gentlemen) often sell a successful business and invest the proceeds into RE to have income forever!
