And be very careful what you have on any social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) the will look for you.

You as the landlord need to know if the applicant is employed and able to make the rent payments reliably.I would just do a quick google search on the applicant and see if you can find their social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).

Other ways are through my social media channels (facebook, instagram, google+, Linkedin etc etc..), blog posts, and other methods I use.Just my 2 cents....

Recently I have had a few foreign investors contact me on linkedin interested in some of my bigger deals I have with other wholesalers. not thats all fine and dandy but my issue is that i cant contact them since there phone numbers are local to their home country. i have also noticed that emails are rather slow with them. how should I move forward to get these deals done?
