This past month my property manager informed us that the owners wished to start using the home again as a vacation home and served us with a 60 day notice of termination of tenancy with a final move out date of October 15th.

Cheap painters can kill a final product quick.

@Jaclyn Franceschini Like Ive said to the earlier gentleman...you do not have a final price until you have a ratified contract.  

As a finance graduate I am all about knowing where my ROE is at all times.

I would get the inspectors out first because it is cheaper to have them evaluate every step than to complete the home and then they issue a fine or reject the work afterwards. 

The company I am with is not recieving a final approval because I have two late payments for my credit card back in December.

They want to do a final walk through together next Sunday and I feel that it's a bad idea and we should not do it with them present because I know it will turn into a disagreement.

It is a fine line between being cautious and becoming jaded, I guess.

I do not know if you are doing the work yourself, but make sure you go over everything with a fine tooth comb so you can see what the cost will be to fix it and make it livable.Then do your profit and ROI.
