I don't think the numbers from the last few days should shock anyone as medical experts have been saying for weeks that this is going to happen.  

I can say this, I have had 13 years of post high school higher education (college, medical school, residency) in the US.

With the amount of medical knowledge I have concerning viruses and infections, I don't see this ending soon.
