@Willy A German 5-6 years ago my now Ex was a real estate agent and the mortgage broker she worked with knew about all sorts of mortgages that the banks did not and would get her clients into loans despite bad credit or debt or whatever.

Even if a creditor were to obtain a legal judgment against a judgment-proof person or entity, they would not be able to collect the debt because the debtor simply doesn't have the means to pay it back.

Creditor or debtor attorneys cannot give you the names of their clients or people they are going after (even if public record).Title companies which have attorneys may be able to pull lists for you which could be helpful.
