As for other properties, you can use websites showing tax records here https://www.crimpr.net/ and perhaps use skip tracing services like TLO to find owners. 

People love to talk it up on an Internet board but will never hop on a live or recorded call that would be broadcast to the same people they are trying to impress.

You should consult an attorney or CPA for your specific situation.ANONYMITY: When you create the LLC, your name is recorded on the documents and published on the Secretary of State's website for all to see.

Also, you may want to check city records / land maps with the country recorder's office. 

You can look up the mortgages which are recorded and put together a list of lenders this way.

Also, note that if the liens have been released, usually that's a matter of public record, if someone chooses to go searching for that information.
